HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Bisutomodo Entertainment ("Bisutomodo," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all attendees, staff, contractors, and participants at our live entertainment events. This Health and Safety Policy outlines the measures and protocols we have established to minimize risks, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and maintain a safe environment at all events.

1. GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Bisutomodo Entertainment prioritizes safety and strives to provide a secure environment at all live events. However, all attendees, staff, contractors, and participants are expected to adhere to this policy and follow event-specific safety guidelines. By attending or participating in any Bisutomodo event, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy. Bisutomodo assumes no liability for incidents arising from failure to follow safety protocols, attendee misconduct, or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.

2. COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS:

We are committed to following all applicable local, state, federal, and international COVID-19 guidelines. Our COVID-19 protocols may include, but are not limited to:

VACCINATION AND TESTING REQUIREMENTS: Event organizers may require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test for entry. Attendees will be informed of any requirements prior to the event.

MASK POLICIES: Face coverings may be required at certain events based on current public health guidelines. If it is required, mask will be provided at the front door upon entry into the event. You are welcome to bring your own mask.

SANITIZATION MEASURES: Frequent cleaning and disinfection of high-touch surfaces will be conducted. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout event venues.

SOCIAL DISTANCING: Where applicable, crowd management and seating arrangements will be designed to promote social distancing.

HEALTH MONITORING: Attendees, staff, and participants are encouraged to monitor their health and refrain from attending events if experiencing symptoms of illness.

We reserve the right to update COVID-19 policies in response to evolving health regulations. Failure to comply with these protocols may result in removal from the event without refund.

3. ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE USE POLICY:

A. ALCOHOL LIABILITY AND GUIDELINES:

Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased and consumed by individuals aged 21 years or older. Valid government-issued identification must be presented to purchase alcohol.

Overconsumption of alcohol will not be tolerated. Venue staff and security reserve the right to deny service or remove individuals who exhibit disruptive or unsafe behavior due to intoxication.

Bisutomodo Entertainment is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by alcohol consumption before, during, or after the event. Attendees are responsible for their own actions.

B. ZERO-TOLERANCE DRUG POLICY:

Bisutomodo Entertainment enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for illegal drug possession, use, or distribution at all events.

Any attendee found in violation of this policy will be removed from the event without refund and may be subject to legal action.

Prescription medications are permitted but must remain in their original, labeled packaging. Attendees may be subject to bag checks or security screenings to ensure compliance.

4. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES AND ON-SITE SUPPORT:

A. EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES:

All Bisutomodo Entertainment events will have Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) on-site to provide immediate medical assistance.

Attendees experiencing medical issues are encouraged to seek help from EMTs or event staff. Emergency services can also be contacted by dialing 911.

B. FIRE MARSHAL COMPLIANCE:

Fire Marshals will be present at events to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, including proper exits, occupancy limits, and emergency procedures.

Fire hazards, including open flames or pyrotechnics, are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved by both Bisutomodo and local authorities.

C. POLICE AND SECURITY PRESENCE:

Licensed security personnel and local law enforcement will be present at all events to ensure the safety of attendees and staff.

Security screenings, including bag checks and metal detectors, may be conducted upon entry. Refusal to comply with security protocols may result in denial of entry.

D. INCIDENT REPORTIING:

Attendees should report any safety concerns, injuries, or suspicious behavior to event staff or security immediately. All reports will be documented and investigated as necessary.

5. VENUE SAFETY AND CROWD MANAGEMENT:

Bisutomodo works closely with venues to ensure all facilities meet safety standards, including compliance with local building codes, fire regulations, and accessibility requirements.

Crowd control measures, such as barricades and designated entry/exit points, will be implemented to manage large gatherings.

Clear signage and trained staff will be available to assist attendees in navigating the venue safely.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Bisutomodo Entertainment shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from attendance at or participation in our events, including but not limited to accidents, medical emergencies, or unforeseen incidents.

Attendees assume all risks associated with attending live entertainment events, including risks related to COVID-19 exposure, alcohol consumption, and crowd behavior.
Bisutomodo Entertainment is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

7. ENFORCEMENT AND COMPLIANCE:

Failure to comply with this Health and Safety Policy may result in removal from the event without refund. Bisutomodo Entertainment reserves the right to deny entry to individuals who:

Pose a threat to the safety of others.
Violate event rules or local laws.
Engage in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.

8. POLICY UPDATES:

Bisutomodo Entertainment reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Any updates will be posted on this page, and/or the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
