MERCHANDISE PURCHASE POLICY

At Bisutomodo Entertainment, we are committed to providing a seamless, efficient, and fair purchasing experience, so you can enjoy access to exclusive merchandise that enhances your live event experience. This Merchandise Purchase Policy outlines the terms and conditions for all merchandise purchases made through our websites and mobile apps, including any associated platforms (collectively referred to as the "Site").

This policy applies exclusively to merchandise purchases made on or after January 1, 2025, including physical goods, digital items, and any additional products sold through our Site.

We encourage you to also review our Terms of Use, which govern your access to and use of the Site, as well as your purchase, ownership, and use of any Bisutomodo Entertainment merchandise or related services. By completing a merchandise purchase through our Site, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this policy.

We are committed to providing fans with high-quality merchandise to enhance their connection with our live events. By purchasing merchandise through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. MERCHANDISING PRICING AND AVAILABILITY:

All merchandise prices are listed in U.S. Dollar and are subject to change without prior notice.

Availability of merchandise is not guaranteed. Certain items, including limited-edition or event-specific products, may have limited stock and sell out quickly.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust your order. If your order is affected, you will be notified immediately.

2. ORDER PROCESSING AND PAYMENT:

Orders are processed in the order they are received and are only confirmed upon successful payment.

We accept several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including (among others) American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and, for qualifying events, Bisutomodo Entertainment gift cards. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout. All transactions are encrypted for security purposes.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if there are issues with payment, inaccurate customer information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by third-party shipping providers, customs processing, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather or strikes) are beyond our control.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the item has been shipped. However, we will assist in filing claims with the carrier if required.

4. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES:

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from the description.
- Requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final.

RETURN PROCESS:
- Contact our customer service team at merchandise@bisutomodoentertainment with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item (if applicable).
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

REFUNDS:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  - Event-specific or limited-edition merchandise.
  - Digital downloads or gift cards.
  - Items marked as "Final Sale" during checkout.

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS:

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Variations in merchandise appearance due to display settings or minor manufacturing differences.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.
- Any damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our merchandise. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the merchandise in question.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RESALE:

All merchandise designs, logos, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of merchandise is strictly prohibited.

Purchasing merchandise does not grant you ownership or rights to the associated intellectual property.
