TICKET PURCHASE POLICY​

At Bisutomodo Entertainment, we are committed to providing a seamless, efficient, and fair purchasing experience, so you can get to your live events without delay. This Purchase Policy outlines the process for all purchases made through our websites and mobile apps, including any associated platforms (collectively referred to as the "Site").
 
This policy applies to all purchases made on or after January 1, 2025, including primary ticket sales and ticket resale transactions, such as Fan-to-Fan sales. We also encourage you to review our Terms of Use, which govern your access to and use of the Site, as well as your purchase, ownership, and use of any Bisutomodo Entertainment tickets, products, or services.

1. CURRENCY:

 

All ticket prices for events that occur in the United States are stated in U.S. Dollars.

2. PAYMENT METHODS:

 

We accept several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including (among others) American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and, for qualifying events, Bisutomodo Entertainment gift cards.

3. WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM:

 

We act as the agent to those who provide events, such as artists, venues, teams, fan clubs, promoters, and leagues (the “Event Organizer”). We generally sell tickets on behalf of the Event Organizer, though, in some rare instances, we may own a small number of tickets as part of our services contract with the Event Organizer. When you purchase a ticket for an event that is located in the United States, Ticketweb will be handling the transaction and collecting payment for the Event Organizer.

While Bisutomodo Entertainment facilitates ticket sales on behalf of Event Organizers, we are not responsible for transactions processed through Ticketweb or any other third-party platforms. When purchasing tickets for events through Ticketweb, you acknowledge that Ticketweb's policies, terms, and conditions apply, and their terms will take precedence over any other policies related to your purchase. Bisutomodo Entertainment disclaims any liability associated with the purchase, payment, or any issues arising from the use of Ticketweb or similar third-party services.

Tickets that are obtained from unauthorized sources, and not directly through our Site, may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and, if so, are void and will NOT be honored at any events.

4. TICKET PRICING AND AVAILABILITY:
 
We sell tickets on behalf of Event Organizers, which means we do not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Event Organizers typically set the face price of their tickets. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including websites, apps, and box offices. Most distribution points generally access the same ticketing system and inventory; therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. However, in most cases we do not control this inventory or its availability.

5. PRICING AND OTHER ERRORS:
 
Bisutomodo Entertainment strives to ensure accurate pricing and product information for all merchandise, services, and event details listed on our website and mobile apps. However, errors may occasionally occur. This section explains how such errors are handled:

  • For Tickets (via TicketWeb)

  • TICKET PRICING ERRORS:​​​
    • If your payment has been processed and your order is canceled due to a pricing error, TicketWeb will issue a refund in accordance with their policies.  Bisutomodo Entertainment assumes no responsibility for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to ticket sales or event details provided through TicketWeb.  In the event of a pricing error, TicketWeb reserves the right to cancel or refuse any ticket orders made at an incorrect price, even after payment has been processed.  Ticket pricing, availability, and event details are determined and managed exclusively by TicketWeb and/or the Event Organizer.

  • EVENT INFORMATION ERRORS: 
    • Any errors or inaccuracies in event details (such as date, time, venue, or seating information) must be addressed directly with TicketWeb or the Event Organizer.

  • For Merchandise and Other Purchases (via Bisutomodo’s Site)
​
  • MERCHANDISE AND PRODUCT PRICING ERRORS: 
    • If a merchandise item or service is listed at an incorrect price on our Site due to a typographical error, system malfunction, or other issue, Bisutomodo Entertainment reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for the item at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.  If payment has already been processed and the order is canceled, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

  • PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND AVAILABILITY ERRORS: 
    • We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, or other details are error-free or complete.  If an error or inaccuracy is discovered after your order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you promptly.

  • RIGHT TO CANCEL: ​​
    • ​Bisutomodo Entertainment, TicketWeb and Event Organizer each reserve the right to cancel orders affected by errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including incorrect pricing or availability.  If your order is canceled, you will be notified promptly, and any applicable refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

6. TICKETING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
 
Bisutomodo Entertainment assumes no liability for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in ticket pricing or event details, as these are managed solely by TicketWeb or the Event Organizer.

  • For merchandise and other purchases made through Bisutomodo’s Site, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected item or service.
​
  • We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including travel or other costs, arising from errors, cancellations, or changes.
​

7. OPENING ACTS / FESTIVAL ACTS:
 
Opening acts, guests, or undercards (each an “Opening Act”) may sometimes tour with headlining performers. We are not always made aware of Opening Acts or the length of their performances. Opening Acts, as well as festival performers, are subject to change or cancelation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if an Opening Act or festival performer is changed or canceled.

8. CANCELLED, POSTPONED, RESCHEDULED, and MOVED EVENTS:

Bisutomodo Entertainment does not sell or facilitate ticket purchases. All ticket sales, refunds, and related transactions are handled exclusively through TicketWeb or the Event Organizer. Any changes to an event, including cancellations, postponements, rescheduling, or venue changes, are determined by the Event Organizer and TicketWeb. Bisutomodo Entertainment assumes no liability for event changes or related costs.

  • IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED:
    • In the event of a cancellation, refund policies and procedures are determined by TicketWeb and/or the Event Organizer.  Customers should contact TicketWeb directly for refund requests. Refunds will typically be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, but this is subject to TicketWeb’s policies and timelines.  Bisutomodo Entertainment is not involved in processing or facilitating refunds for canceled events.

  • IF THE EVENT IS POSTPONED, RESCHEDULED, or MOVED:
    • Tickets for postponed, rescheduled, or moved events will remain valid for the new date, time, or venue unless otherwise specified by TicketWeb or the Event Organizer.  Any refund, credit, or exchange options for postponed, rescheduled, or moved events are determined solely by TicketWeb and/or the Event Organizer.  For details on refund or credit eligibility, customers must refer to TicketWeb or contact them directly.

  • NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES:
    • Bisutomodo Entertainment is not responsible for notifying customers of event changes. Ticket holders are encouraged to check TicketWeb, the Event Organizer’s website, or their TicketWeb account for the most accurate and up-to-date information about the event.  TicketWeb typically provides notification of event changes to the email address associated with the ticket purchase.

  • LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: 
    • Bisutomodo Entertainment is not liable for:
      • Travel, accommodation, or any other expenses incurred due to canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved events.
      • Refunds, credits, or exchanges for tickets, as these matters are handled exclusively by TicketWeb and/or the Event Organizer.
      • Errors, delays, or disputes related to ticket purchases, which must be resolved directly with TicketWeb.
    • Refunds or credits, if offered, are limited to the ticket purchase price and do not include any additional costs incurred by the customer.

  • INDEMNIFICATION:
    • ​By attending events promoted by Bisutomodo Entertainment, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bisutomodo Entertainment, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from changes to an event, including cancellations, postponements, rescheduling, or venue changes.​​

9. EVENT LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bisutomodo Entertainment, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and contractors (collectively, "Bisutomodo") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

  • Event-Related Issues: Any cancellations, postponements, rescheduling, venue changes, delays, or interruptions of events organized by or on behalf of an Event Organizer or venue. Bisutomodo acts solely as a facilitator for ticket sales and does not guarantee the performance, quality, or safety of any event.
​
  • Event Organizer/Venue Responsibilities: The acts, omissions, or negligence of any Event Organizer, venue, third-party service provider, or other attendees, including but not limited to issues related to event safety, accessibility, or the overall experience.
​
  • Refunds and Remedies: Refunds, exchanges, or credits are subject to the policies of the Event Organizer or venue. Bisutomodo is not responsible for delays, denials, or disputes related to refunds or remedies for any event.
​
  • Third-Party Services or Fees: Any costs incurred by the ticket purchaser, such as travel, lodging, parking, or other associated expenses, regardless of whether the event occurs as scheduled or is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled.
​
  • Force Majeure: Any failure or delay in performance by the Event Organizer, venue, or Bisutomodo due to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, strikes, or any other cause beyond Bisutomodo's reasonable control.
​
By purchasing tickets through our platform, you acknowledge and agree that all risks and liabilities associated with events are borne solely by the Event Organizer and/or venue. Bisutomodo Entertainment's role is limited to ticket facilitation, and no warranties, express or implied, are made regarding the event or its performance.  If you have concerns or disputes regarding an event, you must address them directly with the Event Organizer or venue.

10. LICENSE; EJECTION AND CANCELLATION; NO REDEMPTION VALUE:
 
You agree to comply with all of the Event Organizer’s applicable rules, policies, terms, and conditions (“Event Organizer Rules”). The Event Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with Event Organizer Rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.
 
11. RECORDING, TRANSMISSION AND EXHIBITION:
 
You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You grant permission to us, the Event Organizer(s), our partners, licensees and assigns, including but not limited to our brand and media partners, to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf. In the case of virtual events, you may view the virtual event solely for your own personal purpose. You may not record, copy, publicly exhibit, transmit, or distribute any virtual event through any means, resell views of any virtual event, or allow others to log into your account for the purpose of watching a virtual event.

12. YOU ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH:
 
You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation: firearms, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers), bundles and containers.

13. UNLAWFUL RESALE OF TICKETS; PROMOTIONS:
 
Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of tickets, including but not limited to counterfeit or copy of tickets, is grounds for seizure and cancelation without compensation. Certain maximum resale premiums and restrictions may apply in some states, and we cannot be responsible for providing legal advice regarding resale or pricing of tickets. You are responsible for complying with all applicable ticket resale laws. In addition, we reserve the right to restrict or deny ticket purchasing privileges to anyone that we determine to be, or to have been, in violation of our policies. Because we do not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any non-authorized third party reseller (such as brokers or individuals), we recommend that you purchase tickets directly through us, through authorized partners, or from the venue box office to ensure ticket authenticity. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by us.

Bisutomodo Entertainment reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Any updates will be posted on this page, and/or the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
